'Les Quatre Vents' sits in grounds of 2 hectares (5 acres), about 1km from the centre of Eygalières - regarded by some to be prettiest village in Provence - and reached by a mostly un-metalled lane. The owner's family occupy two adjacent properties but they share none of the facilities of the cottage nor affect its privacy: there are no other houses within several hundred metres.
All rooms in this cottage open to a partly-walled terrace with sun canopy, table, parasol and chairs and the wonderful 10m x 6m pool (0.8-1.6m deep), beyond which a gently terraced garden gradually fades into the hillside, rising into the glorious Alpilles hills, their lower slopes taken up by olive groves and vineyards. A paradise of tranquility and yet within 20 minutes drive of Avignon and one hour of Marseille airport.

A TRULY PEACEFUL HAVEN...
"This will be the 5th year we will have visited this delightful and charming house and grounds…. The house itself is quite compact but very well equipped with everything we have needed for our holidays there. The outstanding features for us are the very large swimming pool and the fact that the property is surrounded by pine forest, and heathland with rocky outcrops. All in all, a truly peaceful haven. Finally, and very importantly, the owners, Christiane and Jean Michel could not have been more charming and helpful.."
